PAULA BONACKER, a native of northwest Arkansas, had an affinity for art from an early age which began with coloring books and "can you draw?" images from TV Guide.  Through the years she experimented with several mediums from pastels and charcoal into watercolor, oil, and finally acrylics.  During college at the University of Arkansas in Fayettevillle, she took several art courses which further sparked her desire to create art.  After college, a full-time career pushed artwork to the background, but she continued to paint as a hobby for friends and family.  Now her life has moved into a new era and the creative juices are flowing again.  Actually, it's more like gushing.  Her painting has quickly moved from hobby into... OBSESSION.
